Compensation

Pay fair wages.

“Behold, the pay of the laborers who mowed your fields, and which has been withheld by you, cries out against you; and the outcry of those who did the harvesting has reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.

•     Consider the investments they’ve made.

 

 

Don’t expect a day’s work if you won’t pay a day’s wage.

“Take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave you.”

•     The “going rate” might not be sufficient.

•     Consider their cost of living.
