1. Paul wrote, You should imitate me, just as I imitate Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1). 

a. Who can you imitate to help you imitate Christ? 

b. Who can you imitate to help you be a good pastor? 

c. Would people say that imitating you would help them grow in Christ? 


2. How have you experienced the Holy Spirit working: 

a. In your own life? 

b. In your church? 

c. In other Christians? 

d. How will you teach your people to recognize and respond to the Holy Spirit? 


3. How does your church fill the roles of nanny and tutor for young Christians? 

a. Are there any aspects of those roles that need improvement? 

b. What will you do to improve them? 


4. If you provide a nursery or child care during worship: 

a. Do the workers see it as a ministry that shares the love of Christ with children? 

b. Do the workers and the setting attract parents and give them confidence? 

c. When do the workers have opportunity to worship? 

d. Are there any ways your children’s ministry can be improved? 


5. What steps will you take to train your people to be like Jesus in: 

a. Spirit-filled character?

b. Spirit-led wisdom? 

c. Spirit-powered actions? 

d. Spirit-impassioned reproduction? 

e. How will you give them opportunities to grow and exercise in these areas? 


6. List examples of how your people can present their bodies to God for his use. List examples of wrong thinking in which they need to transform their minds. How will you lead them in these areas? 


7. Does your denomination or church have policies about church discipline?

d. If there are no policies, list what you think would be the most important policies to create. What will you do to turn them from ideas to official policies?
