Take your medication consistently and take care of yourself through proper nutrition, exercise, adequate sleep, and stress management. Additionally, be an active participant in therapy by attending sessions, completing assigned tasks, and being authentic. Your therapist and psychiatrist rely on your feedback to gauge the effectiveness of treatment. Therefore, honesty is paramount for them to provide the best possible care.
