CLI Student Harven Accus
"Hello, my name is Harven Accus. I was born and raised in Haiti. I had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home which taught me a lot. When I was 6 years old my grandmother taught me a lot about having Jesus Christ in my life and living for Him alone. I was very stubborn when it came to taking part in any church activities as a child, but my grandma never gave up on me and always mentored me about the love of Christ.
When I came to the US, I never forgot what my grandma taught back home about the Almighty God. In 2013, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. For that I am very thankful by the grace of God. In 2016, I was baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
As I continue walking faithfully with God, I went to Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, Jacksonville, Florida. In 2018, I graduated (Associate in Ministry). To further my education in learning more about God, through research I have come across Christian Leaders Institute Free Training. CLI has been life changing for me and helped me a lot with going deeper in my study of the Word of God. I have learned the truth about many aspects of the Bible from CLI. I am Ordained as a Deacon Minister and currently working towards my Associate Youth Minister and Licensed Christian Wedding Officiant. These roles will help me grow spiritually and to help others build a relationship with God and also to help those who cannot afford fees for a wedding officiant.
Furthermore, my Spiritual dream is to help the lost be found and to mend the brokenness in this world through the love of Christ. I am married to my beautiful wife Magdala Dely Accus! I ask the CLI family to keep us in prayer. Your prayers will be greatly appreciated as I continue learning the Word of God through Christian Leaders Institute. May God continue blessing this wonderful Ministry."
Please pray for Harven! If you would like, you can join Vision Partners in supporting Christian leaders like him!
