The First Fire of Conflict - The Wildfire

1.         The Wildfire represents the dynamic nature of conflict. It encompasses all of the factors that contribute to a conflict - the people, relationships, history, motivations, desires, actions, material objects/property, legal issues, etc.

2.          A Conflict Wildfire can be destructive.It can destroy lifelong dreams, personal relationships, marriages, families, businesses, organizations, churches, ministries, communities, and nations.

3.         Trials and tribulation are part of the Christian life. Acts 14:21-22; 1 Peter 4:12

4.         Most people respond to Conflict Wildfires by pursuing a desired outcome.

5.         We develop habits for responding to conflict that are not grounded in God's Word.

6.          Jesus Christ encourages us to take heart in the midst of conflict. John 16:33
