Video Transcript: Intentionality

So in previous two episodes, we talked about preparing your presentation and accessing state of confidence from something you'd know how to do. Building on that, before you even present your content, you need to think about what your intentionality. intentionality is a higher frame of mind what's important to you, what's your value that causes you to want to do this presentation, because your intentions, get into your neurology and get into your voice. My intention for this video is to share with you how anybody can improve their ability to present in front of an audience. That's my intention. And hopefully that intention is communicated to you through the way I stand through my eyes, through my voice, that you feel that what's important in this presentation is that you get better presented.

But if I was having an intention of I'm doing this video, because I want to show you how cool I am and how amazing I am, then you'd probably press stop by now and gone to a different video. So it makes sense to you. So when you step in front of an audience, your intention needs to be clear. It is if you need to ask yourself the question that will drive your behavior as you do the presentation. What is the one question if you would ask yourself would put you in the best state of mind, such as how do I add value to this audience? How does How do I impact this audience? How do I share the information that I have the will make a difference to these audiences, business lives or personal lives? If you have that as a question, everything will fly naturally from that question that to the back of your mind.
