Objective: To strengthen the bond within the group and provide personal support to each member as they navigate the challenging process of examining their sleep. 

Assignment Details:

1. Personal Outreach:
• As a leader, commit to personally calling, texting, or somehow reaching out to each member of your Bible study group within the next week.
• Ensure the call is made in a timely manner, preferably within a few days after the Bible study session.
2. Discussion Points for Calls:
• Start the conversation by expressing gratitude for their participation in the group and acknowledging the courage it takes to explore this topic. 
• Gently inquire about their reflections on the recent Bible study session.
• Offer a listening ear to any personal challenges or insights they may want to share from the session.
• Discuss any specific scripture from the session that resonated with them or provided comfort.
3. Offer Support and Encouragement:
• Provide encouragement and affirm their efforts.
• Offer spiritual support, such as praying with them over the phone.
• Respect their privacy and comfort levels; ensure the conversation remains confidential and supportive.
4. Feedback and Next Steps:
• Ask for any feedback on how the group sessions can be more supportive or engaging.
• Briefly mention the next steps or themes to be explored in upcoming Bible study sessions, building anticipation and continued engagement.
5. Documentation:
• Keep a confidential record of who you have called and any significant notes or follow-up actions required.
• Respect the privacy of group members; these notes are for your use only to enhance the support you provide.

Expected Outcome: Through these personal calls, you aim to deepen the sense of community and trust within the group, provide individualized support, and ensure that each member feels heard and valued in their spiritual journey. This initiative also serves to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Bible study sessions, fostering a more connected and engaged group.
