TO MEMORIZE THIS WEEK:

John 3:17, 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.”

SPEAKING WITH OUR SAVIOR:

Jesus, You told that story once about people who sat around in the marketplace all day doing nothing because they hadn't been hired.  And you took them until the very last hour.  Help me to recognize every day and in every encounter that when I became a Christian I was "hired” to be Your vocal witness.  Fill my heart with what fills Yours.  Somehow light the fire inside of me to share the Good News of forgiveness through You with _________, the apparently unsaved person I know.

ACTION THIS WEEK:

Paul said once that he was "not ashamed of the Gospel.”  Why did he have to say that?  Why did he have to ask for prayer to be bold for his Savior?  What about your lack of being a vocal witness whenever you can? Look for someone--either in person or online--who speaks to others about the gift of forgiveness through Jesus.  Ask that person how he or she got there.  What do you need yet to help you to get to the point of being a deliberate vocal witness?

MENTOR:

Have both of you witnessed vocally in the last month?  Why or why now?  What can you do to strengthen each other in this area?
