Tests Make You Strong

Judges 3:1 These are the nations the LORD left to test all those Israelites who had not experienced any of the wars in Canaan.

We Need Tests

2 Corinthians 12:7 To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me.

Ministry Training

Walk, preparation and follow through are all part of ministry training.

1 Thessalonians 2:4 On the contrary, we speak as men approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel. We are not trying to please men but God, who tests our hearts.

Do I want to hide from God because of sin?

Do I have a theological or relational wall with God?

Do I recognize the spiritual warfare aspect to this?

The Tests Make Us Stronger

Psalm 139:23  Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.

Philippians 4:13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
