Membership in the Christian Leaders Alliance: A Comprehensive Overview

Becoming a member of the Christian Leaders Alliance is more than just joining an organization; it's becoming part of a community united by faith and the desire to share that faith with the world. It is a collective endeavor grounded in our dedication and commitment to Christ, leadership, and service to the world.

We are a diverse group representing various backgrounds, denominations, experiences, and perspectives, yet we all unite under Christ's love and mission.

1. Personal Commitment to Christianity and Evangelism

As a member, you must be a practicing Christian with a personal relationship and walk with God. Your faith should not be passive but active, manifesting regular prayers, the study of the scripture, and active service within your community. Beyond this personal commitment, you should possess a desire to reproduce your faith and testimony. Our objective is to encourage the growth of Christianity and the resurgence of historical Christianity. Therefore, your enthusiasm to evangelize to share the Good News is essential.

2. Sensing the Call to Christian Leadership

Each member, whether a volunteer, part-time or full-time minister of the Christian Leaders Alliance, must also sense a call to leadership within the Christian faith. This call may be expressed differently, from pastoral ministry to Christian nonprofit work or other service forms. Christian Leaders Alliance maintains Soul Centers where these expressions of ministry can be registered. Whatever the specific condition, the underlying principle is the same: a sense of purpose and dedication to serve God's people, guiding them through their spiritual journey and helping them draw closer to God.

3. Desire for Community and Shared Ministry

Your membership in the Christian Leaders Alliance signifies a commitment to fellowship with other Christian leaders. We believe in the power of shared ministry, collaborating and supporting each other in our individual and collective ministry callings. Our Alliance provides a platform for connecting, learning, mentoring, and sharing experiences with other Christian leaders equally dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God. We recommend members join the Christian Leaders Network, a global social media network for Christian Leaders Alliance members.

4. Embracing Ecuministry

We are an organization that believes in the vast diversity within the Body of Christ, an idea we encapsulate in the term "ecuministry". As a member, you will value and respect common diverse interpretations, practices, and expressions of faith within Christianity, such as differences in baptism, tongues, end times interpretations, and such, while recognizing our common foundational Christian beliefs. See Statement of Faith. We are not trying to get everyone to agree on everything but focusing on the common goal of revival and spreading Christianity.

We reject racism. Every human is an image bearer of God.

This biblical perspective fosters unity in diversity and reflects the multifaceted nature of God's creation and the mission to make disciples of all nations.

5. Supporting the Christian Leaders Alliance

Finally, being a member of our Alliance entails offering support in whatever form you can. This could be through prayer, advocating for our work, volunteering your time, or financial donations. We believe that our collective impact is more significant than individual efforts, and this belief underpins our approach to supporting each other. We invite you to commit your prayers, time, resources, and heart to the work of the Christian Leaders Alliance in service of God's Kingdom.

In conclusion, membership in the Christian Leaders Alliance expresses your commitment to a dynamic, diverse, and united Christian community. It is an opportunity to grow in your faith, develop as a Christian leader, and contribute to the broader work of God's Kingdom on earth. We welcome you to this exciting journey of faith and leadership.
